I live in the extreme southwest corner of Minnesota with my husband and our 15 year old son. We live on a small acreage about 12 miles from the small town of Adrian. We don't farm or raise livestock; we just enjoy the peace and privacy of living in the country. It's pretty out here!
I like to visit antique stores, flea markets, and second hand stores. A couple of my hobbies are baking, reading, and Postcrossing. I spend way too much time on the computer, reading news and human interest stories from around the US and the world, and emailing with family and friends. My family and my friends are very important to me. I'm a simple, easy to please person who doesn't need a lot to be happy.
I like to receive postcards showing monuments, historical sites or ones that provide historical info, National/State Parks, maps showing your state/country, people, world leaders/royalty, landscapes/nature/flora/fauna, and culture. I also like postcards showing the Inge Look grannies and Nouvelle images. Our family is interested in rocks, fossils, and artifacts. I have a personal interest in the area of deafness and sign languages. I enjoy working with people who have special needs so anything related to special education would be great.
Feel free to send something random, quirky, strange, crazy, risque, or funny! I have a great sense of humor. You won't offend me!
These are just suggestions. I like all kinds of postcards!! I like stamps too!!
Please don't write the ID number along the bottom of the postcard. The US Postal Service prints a barcode along that area which can make the ID# hard to read.
Contact me if you've sent a card that hasn't been registered. I probably didn't receive it.
I look forward to receiving your postcard!
