About cowboyjeddie...

I love science fiction! I love cartoons! I love comic books! Things that are bright and colorful make me cheerful. If you have beautiful graffiti I would love to see it.

The best nights are spent camping under the stars and in my free time I love to hike, bike and kayak. I also listen to all types of music.

I am also geeky and love real outer space. When I was little I wanted to be the first astronaut on Jupiter.

If there is a pop culture interest in your country you think I should learn about, let me know! Puppetry, music and bands are fun along with movie and tv shows. Dr. Who, Star Wars, Orphan Black, Game of Thrones, Sherlock, Harry Potter, Marvel comics and Star Trek are some of my favorites. If your country has awesome superheroes, tell me all about them!

I love American football, the sport everyone else calls football and hockey and am interested in sports teams and stadiums from your country.

I love when nature consumes the unnatural. For instance, when a tree envelops a bike or moss and rust overtake a bike. I think it's so beautiful.

It turns out that the raccoon is my spirit animal. My Patronus is a mole.

I am a person who travels a lot. I love learning languages and traveling to countries when it is cold there so I can see how warm the people are.

If you don't know what to write, tell me about your favorite book or movie you think I should consume. What is your favorite piece of art? What makes you the most proud of your country?

Someone requested that I put a "don't like" list together. I am happy to get almost anything but I guess I don't find the following things too interesting: cars, Disney, hello kitty, food, ad cards, religious cards, animals that are kept as pets.

I love stamps! I always get happy when I see a new and fun stamp on a postcard.

And finally, a request, over the years I have been doing this, I have received a lot of cards where people start by apologizing that they can’t spell very well in English. 1- I am American and therefore probably not the best at spelling anyways. Please do not worry about it. I love that you try! I have been trying my whole life to learn other languages and I promise I do not look down on you for the effort you put in. And 2- whatever you put, whether it be in perfect grammar or poor is special to me and I save every card. Go you- person who is making my world brighter!

Happy postcrossing!
