Hello! I am a Filipino-American, living in Boston with my Russian husband and two sons. I teach undergraduates how to communicate their research to professional life scientists. In my spare time, I enjoy music, travel, and photography. My username reflects three additional passions: chocolate and food in general, literature, and knitting.

I would love to learn something about you and where you live. So, although I welcome all kinds of stamped postcards (even homemade!), I would especially appreciate a card that represents your nation: food/art, vintage advertisement, a single view of your city or nearby landscape/seascape.

Here are some ideas on what to tell me: the reason you chose this card; a book you had to read in school (I'm trying to read a book from every country!); a locally made sweet for gift giving. For example, Phillips Candy House, the oldest chocolatier in Boston, is known for its turtles (nuts and caramel covered in chocolate).
