I am married, and the mother of two twenty somethings. I work as a postal clerk with the USPS, I had a customer introduce me to postcrossing, and I am looking forward to sending and receiving postcards.

We have one small dog and two cats. We live in rural Iowa near the Mississippi River, and Des Moines river.

I have always loved horses, but do not currently own a horse. I have owned several in my lifetime. I love jewelry and sell Color Street Nail Polish Strips for fun.

Some postcards I would like horses, dogs, cats, butterflies, Purple Martins, hummingbirds, animals, scenery, special places near you, or anything! My favorite color is Purple. I have started placing a Purple Martin houses up in the spring, looking forward to watching them on our new Nest Camera. I also started planting 5 varieties of Milkweed for the Monarch Burrerflies that come north in the spring/summer to breed.
