For the last 5 years I worked towards my college degree and just got my Bachelors degree the end of March, 2022 at age 52. I was able to get a job with my degree at a family service agency working as a social worker. It is a solution based preventative program where we help families learn skills and find resources for themselves and their families. I love it though I am still learning a lot about how to do the work.

I have three grown kids, two daughter and a son. My daughter's are both married and my son lives with me in our new home that I bought after my divorce. My oldest daughter had a baby girl in January 2019 so now I am a Grammy, which is one of the most exciting things ever!

I love cats! and have 4, 3 females and a male cat. The oldest cat is 15 and is a grump, she wants to be an only cat! The other 3 cats are a mama cat and two of her kittens that are now 10 and 9 years old, they were born the day she turned 1!

I love postcards with kitties on them or your own pets and love to hear about your kitties or whatever pets you have. They are my favorite!
I am NOT interested in tourist postcards with your city or town on them but I would love to hear about what life is like where you live, especially something interesting about where you live.

I am not that interested in touristy places and would rather know where you like to go by yourself or with your family and friends. Local spots or places that are special to you. I have so many myself and would love to know other places too!
