My name is Charlotte and I live in the United States! I love getting and sending mail (there's just nothing like a handwritten letter...) and I want to see the world so I am really excited to get started on Postcrossing!

A little bit more about me:

-I studied Classics! (Greek & Latin) I loooovvveee Ancient Greece & Rome, and I also really love Classics in modern life (ex. the movies, fiction books). I like to see how it is interpreted and made accessible for a modern audience :)

-I have three younger sisters! Pippa, Phoebe, and Mimi and they are my best friends.

-I love photography, film and digital, and filmmaking!

-I love traveling! I can't wait to see your postcards and in this way "travel" across the world! So far I've been to: Canada, Russia, Poland, Lithuania, Italy, Hungary, Greece, and the Czech Republic. But I have many more places on my bucket list :)

-I also love animals. I have a dog, a Treeing Walker Coonhound named Starsky, who is a giant lovebug and whom I absolutely adore! We live with my sister Pippa and her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Herkimer.

I can't wait to hear from others! I love artsy postcards or things from my interests list, but really I will love any postcard you send me! (Ad and homemade cards are nice too!!) If you are really stuck for what to send me, you can always have a look at my favorites!

For me, the most important part of a postcard is the message. I want to hear from people all over the world! Tell me anything at all!! And I would love if you include something from your language on the card (with translation, please!)

I love Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa/other holiday postcards during the holiday season!! :)
