About Christi...

Hi! My name is Christi, and I am a Librarian. I live with my husband and our three cats. Aside from collecting postcards, I also play Hand bells in a hand bell choir and I like to play board games. I keep all my postcards in little albums by topic, or in a pretty box if they are too large for the albums. For Christmas, my brother gave me a postcard rack, like you see on the counter tops at stores - so now I have a new way to show off and share my postcards! I love it.

Please tell me: What’s your favorite room in your house?*

*My answer: My screened-in porch is my favorite room - I like to sit and drink coffee and write postcards and my cats will keep me company. We can listen to the birds and the crickets.

I enjoy all sorts of postcards. Please pick one that is colorful and happy. Some of the themes I enjoy:

Birthday cards in October/November are very welcome!

Lali riddle cards

Mail (mailboxes/postcrossing, stamps, etc)

Multi view / shaped

Coffee / cafes

Animals - cats, otters, giraffes, frogs, and owls

If you have a nice postcard from a trip away from home, I would love to get it and read about your trip.

Or something from my favorites. I don't have any of these.

Thank you for taking the time to send me a postcard. I would love to read a message from you beyond "Happy Postcrossing" but I know not everyone writes English. Just knowing that you shared a moment of your day with me is precious.

Happy Postcrossing!
