About Kathy...

My name is Kathy and I am an American living in Germany. I'm so happy to share Postcrossing with you!

Please tell me what makes you happy! What brings you Joy?

I truly like all postcards but please do send a postcard, not an envelope. If you need ideas and have any on hand, these are my favorite things:

Seasonal postcards: Halloween, Autumn, Christmas, Easter, Hanukkah, Diwali, Eid, etc.
Christmas postcards and stamps!
birthday postcards in April and May
*special/colorful/beautiful stamps
*the Eurasian Blue Tit (die Blaumeise, Blåmeis, Mésange bleue, Pimpelmees, Niebieska (Cyanistes caeruleus)
*the European peacock butterfly (Aglais io)

*favorite illustrators include *Lisi Martin*, Nina Chen, Mila Marquis, Marjolein Bastin, Beatrix Potter, Jill Barklem (Brambly Hedge), Molly Brett, Evgenia Chistotina (foxes), Holly Pond Hill by Susan Wheeler, Charles Goulding, etc.
*I really like Postcrossing stamps from your country (don't we all?) 😄

If you still need ideas and you're in these countries and have extras, you could send me something like this (please see these as general ideas only, not specific requests).

Baltics: Olivia Lipartia (Lucky Laika)

China: Ever & Ein, Forest Girl

Germany: Lisi Martin, Nina Chen, Mila Marquis, TS, Turnowsky's Art

Hungary: Roth Aniko.

Japan: Yuriko Yamawaki (Guri and Gura)

Netherlands: Marjolein Bastin, Anton Pieck, Studio Draak

Russia: Evgeniya Chistotina foxes

Scandinavia: Susan Wheeler (Holly Pond Hill), Midthun, Lennart Helje Rudolf Koivu, and Jan Bergerlind.

I don't mind duplicates as each card is unique to the sender.
