Hi! My name is Caren and I'm from the coastal town of Port Elizabeth, South Africa. I'm married, with a six year old son. We share our home with a dog, 3 cats, a rabbit and a guinea pig.

I am a painter and illustrator, and I work in both traditional and digital mediums. I do a lot of commission work such as portraits for private clients. I also do a lot of my own work that I sell on exhibitions or online. I also do freelance work (stage managing, lighting design) in the theatre (we have the oldest Victorian Theatre in Africa here in Port Elizabeth).

Besides that: I love reading - especially murder stories (!), walking, meditation, spirituality and the law of attraction and watching my favourite tv shows.

I am happy to receive any type of postcard! I'd love anything funny, anything arty, anything unique and different, but anything you send I will appreciate because you took the time to send it!
