About Jwb...

I love to read. My hobbies also include stamp collecting, sports, history and travel. My favorite sports are NFL football, baseball and hockey. I also love open wheel racing (Indy car racing and Formula 1 racing). My favorite Formula 1 driver of all time is Niki Lauda. I have lived in Texas for 33 years, but was born and raised in Louisiana. I am also a life long stamp collector so feel free to put some great stamps of your country on that postcard that you send as I always enjoy seeing stamps from other nations.

I have a college degree and two graduate degrees and work in the mental health field. I have a wife and daughter and also enjoying going on cruise ships for vacation. I also LOVE going to Disney World and Disney Land. I have three spoiled house cats (sadly, my 21 year old tabby passed away recently) and I am an avid reader especially mystery/thriller books and books about military history. My favorite writers/authors are Stephen King, Ray Bradbury, Daniel Silva, S A Cosby and Michael Connelly.

I love great TV and my favorite series include: "The Office (the first 5 seasons) "Stranger Things" on Netflix, What we do in the Shadows (Hulu series), "Only Murders in the Building (HULU), Formula 1: Drive to Survive, Breaking Bad, Ozark, The Man in the High Castle, Game of Thrones, FAMILY GUY, Rick and Morty, Bosch (Amazon Prime),WAYNE (Amazon PRIME) and good classic TV shows. I'm a big NETFLIX fan *(Drive to Survive Formula 1), HULU fan and Amazon Prime fan as well so "Black Mirror" and "Bosch" are just a few of the many shows I watch on those channels as well.
My books to recommend:
1. A Boy's Life by Robert McCammon
2. Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury (any book by Ray Bradbury)
3. Any book by Michael Connelly
4. "Insomnia" by Stephen King
5. 11/22/63 by Stephen King
6. "IT" by Stephen King (scary scary book)
7. Harry Potter series
8. Lord of the Rings Trilogy and The Hobbitt by JRR Tolkien
9. The Burglar series by Lawrence Block and "Among the Tombstones" by Lawrence Block

I have one request. In this world we need more kindness. Do ONE truly kind thing for someone today. Make the world a better place for everyone. Be kind, be kind...and be kind.

Remember this in these times of war and hate - “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly.” - Martin Luther King

Any type of post card is fine with me.
Peace.
