I love mail! And I love to travel!

I am 38, have a B.A. in Russian and German, a M.A. in Russian, and graduated with a Master of Library and Information Science and a M.A. in Russian translation in 2016. I have been an exchange student in Belarus and Russia, have traveled to Ukraine, Poland, the Czech Republic, England, Canada, and Japan, Scotland and Ireland. I stayed in Dalkeith Palace, not far out of Edinburgh (which I loved!!!) My most recent trip included Belgium, Holland and Germany.

I love to read, write, sing, listen to music, cook, blog, sew, do crafty things, watch movies, knit and so much more!! I love learning about new languages and cultures. I also have a few tattoos

I am from Iowa and lived there my whole life, but I lost my job of nearly 8 years and embarked on a whole new adventure...in Denver, Colorado! I don't know what else my adventure will hold for me, but I found a job that I really enjoy as a reference librarian and love spending time with my family.

I don't care what kind of postcards I get, I just love to get mail. But I love, love reading and books in general, fashion, shoes, wine, cooking, art (I love Van Gogh and Kandinsky), peacocks, languages, maps, and travel, so any of those would be especially great! I love Vinni Pux and Cheburashka, so cards with them would be fantastic. I also prefer no envelopes, but if you want to send me something in an envelope, go right ahead.

If anyone from Belarus has a postcard of Mir castle, I would love that! And if anyone from Czech has a card of Český Šternberk Castle, that wold be really cool, too!
