Hi, My name is Gina Ried. I am a special education teacher at Beekman Center in Lansing, Michigan. I teach students ages 16-26 who have severe cognitive impairments. I have joined this site on behalf of my class. They enjoy learning about other places and cultures. They also enjoy sending and receiving mail. We have school year-round so we can participate anytime. My students enjoy swimming, hiking, sports, books, crafts, music, riding bikes, iPads and animals. They would love any postcard. However, we' are part of a school so please refrain from images of alcohol and drugs.
