My name is Beate, I live in a small town near Berlin. But my surrounding is very quiet, a lot of nature and a beautiful landscape. Here we have such beautiful birds as cranes and wild goose, but there are also wolves and racoons.
My profession is Physiotherapist but I also work in house management.
I like to care for my garden and my animals (2 horses and 3 cats). Also I spend time with riding, running and I like reading books and going to the cinema. I try to improve my horse riding by taking lessons and studying the books of the "classical" dressage experts, modern and from former times.
I collect postcards from all over the world. I am interested in the "normal life" of people who send me a postcard, how they live and what is special there.

Postcards that I like:
Landscapes, snowy landscapes, trees, touristic views of your country or your citiy, maps
All kind of art postcards, but especially horse portrayal and landscapes. The most beautiful art cards with horses I got from russia!
Architecture, old buildings, modern buildings, churches, castles, houses. Gardens.
Industrial monuments
Postcards with cranes, owls, cats (especially big wild cats like tiger, cheetah and others)
Ballett, theater, actors
Christmas cards
Unusual cards, old fashioned cards like retro or black/white
Corona-theme cards

Postcards I don't like:
advertising cards, cats by rosina wachtmeister, cars, soccer.
Maxi-cards, 3-D-cards, cards with claims
Postcards about war, weapons
Birthday cards
