We are Bas and Eelco living in the centre of Zaandam and have our own company in IT, Eelco as Java engineer and Bas as test engineer. From our living room we see the blue house painted by Monet. We are volunteers of the Monet garden where we grow vegetables and fruit used in de recipes of Monet. In the summer we cook from the cooking book of Monet and share this with our neighbors.
Last year we walked from Zaandam to Maastricht (500 km)
This year we walked from Groningen to Maastricht (500 km). One day we hope to walk to Nice, France.
In April 2016 we start a sailing trip with the tres hombres to the Dominican Republic. This is a cargo ship without engine, only sails. This trip will take 6 months, return trip.
We travelled Latin America for 2 1/2 years. We are also members of bookcrossing and Couchsurfing.
