I will be most happy to receive any postcard from you. Anyway, if you would like to make it special, here are my preferences.

YES to postcards, that say something about the place it was sent from:

- architecture(esp. churches, UNESCO sights)
- nature
- famous citizens of your country/town/city
- royals
- people in traditional costumes
- life scenes
- national symbols of your country (whatever it may be: a dish, an animal, a fictional character)
- language (a phrase in your own language written on a postcard or something).

Also:

- art (especially religious (Christian) paintings and paintings of old masters)
- reprints of antique and vintage postcards, posters,photos, magazine covers, etc
- photos of 1920's-1960's movie stars/singers/musicians

NO to:
- nude photos
- contemporary art
- Hello Kitty
- self-prints
- free or ad cards

Preferably but not obligatory: standard size postcard without envelope.

I speak English, Belarusian, Russian, Ukrainian. Also I understand German, Polish and a little bit of most Slavic languages. So I'll be happy to receive a postcard in one of these languages or at least a line or two in your mother tongue (with translation).

I would also like to know some interesting facts about your town/city/country and get a local advice about must-sees and must-dos.
