About Alexander...

Hi,

I'm Alex from Ukraine, now I live in Israel. I like going to underground metal shows and collecting stamps with insects and mushrooms on them. Also, I like reading in foreign languages.

Most of all I like alcohol related cards, esp. ads of wineries, breweries and whisk(e)y distilleries. However, any other alcohol themed card will do.

Maps have always fascinated me. So, if you happen to have a mapcard of your country, state, province, etc., I'll be more than happy to receive it.

For almost two years I worked in an airport, so I'm interested in any cards, connected to aviation, like images of airports and planes of different airlines.

I also like cards with fungi (mushrooms), insects, spiders, snakes, other animals, marine life, prehistoric flora and fauna.

If it's hard to find anything from the above list, a viewcard will do just fine, especially the one with the name of your city (state, district, country), especially if it is from a small town or city, known only to their inhabitants and tax collectors. German city chronicles are more than welcome.

If you can, please use some interesting stamps, not those boring and abundant standards everyone can get in hundreds. Also add the date, please. It's great when looking through the cards received long ago.

And friends, when you sign the card, try to use clear letters. There are so many names around the world that sometimes one cannot be completely sure about how to read a foreign name if it is handwritten.

Wish you a happy day!

P.S. If you live in a country which doesn't have postal service to Israel, you can send the card via my parents in Ukraine:
