Hi,

I'm Atti from Germany. I live in the Ruhr area which used to be famous for coal mining and industry. But the mining has stopped starting in the sixties and since then the area has become much greener and is nowadays really interesting regarding culture.
I'm in my 50s - married - no kids.
My hobbies are games (board games and PC), knitting and geocaching. I collect rubberduckies. When I watch tv it's either crime, sci fi or mystery series or history documentaries.

I really love the idea of getting postcards from all over the world.
We have a huge wall in the hallway I'd like to turn into a postcard wall with your help. So I'm really looking forward to whatever motive you choose. Just take a card you'd really love to get yourself and tell me what it is you specially like about this card. If possible avoid sending cards I already have (I try to keep pictures of cards received up to date.).

If you decide to send landscape pictures/city views etc. it would be great if you could take something you like from your own region/country.
I like seasonal greating cards, so if it's the season for a holiday or my birthday feel free to choose a seasonal greeting card if you like to get those yourself as well.

Please take the time to write a few words just beside Happy Postcrossing or make the card personal in any other way.
I'll promise I'll try my best when writing.
Could you please also put a date on the card?
