About Dianne...
Am a cat lover with two Abyssinian cats and several blue-tongued lizards. I live on my own and have a grown up daughter and two gorgeous grandaughters not too far away. Also a son who is further away.
I love travelling, music, reading , gardening ,and of course, cats. I belong to various wildlife and animal welfare groups and believe animals need our help just as much, if not more, than people do. I am currently 67 years old , and I was made redundant in 2016 so have been doing volunteer work since then.
I look forward to receiving many lovely cards from around the world and maybe making some new friends. I love receiving cards which show where you live or something of your country, and cat cards are always welcome.
I try to travel overseas at least once a year. It is not easy as Australia is so far from the rest of the world, so we cant just drive to other countries or pop over for the weekend - unless it is NZ.
As I get older and less able, I am finding it harder to travel on my own, so think I will have to stop in a few years. In the more recent years I have visited Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, China, Sri Lanka and Japan.
