Hi there stranger, my name is Sidney.

I am 26 years old and grew up in and live in the heart of Silicon Valley: San Jose, California. Silicon Valley is famous for its innovations and influence that affect the entire world. It is the birthplace of many well-known (and sometimes infamous) tech giants like Apple, Google, Facebook, and many more.

I recently graduated from San Jose State University in May 2022 with my BS in physics. I've been accepted to a PhD program at the Univ. of Oklahoma for experimental high energy physics! I've chosen to defer for a year and go in fall 2023.

Besides physics, I am also a classical (opera) singer. I've been singing with my private teacher since I was about 16, and I've had the chance to be in a few performances with West Bay Opera (in Palo Alto). My favorite composer is Verdi, but my favorite show is Puccini's La Bohème! I adore La Bohème, so if by some chance you have a card relating to it, send it my way!
