Hey! I'm Rachael and I am a teacher from Michigan, USA.

I love traveling, and I have previously lived in Scotland (Edinburgh) and Japan (Nagoya). In the future I hope to spend even more time abroad! I also love hiking and caving, reading history books and novels, and fencing. I studied film at university, so I am a big fan of movies.

Any postcard is fine, but some things I like to receive are:

- A picture of your town, area or country
- Sunflowers
- Old movie stars/film posters/anything related to movies.
- Modern & contemporary art!
- Other art, especially if the artist is from your country!
- Night views/astronomy/night sky themed cards
- Beautiful landscapes
- Windows and doors

I'd also be very interested in any unusual cards you come across - cards you're not sure who to send to.

As for what's written on the cards, it doesn't matter to me all that much, but please write something more than just "happy postcrossing." Tell me about your area/country, or about yourself. I love poetry and literature, so poems and quotations are great. General quotes are also a good idea.
