About Rūta...

Hello!
My name is Rūta, I'm 21 years young part time student from Latvia I'm studying English Philology at the University of Latvia on Saturdays and working full time 5 week days, so doesn't leave me too much of free time. I'm a big book lover. I like taking pictures and drawing. Music is a big part of my life, although, I don't play any instruments or sing, but I've always wanted to learn to play a guitar or a piano. I like to listen different kind of music. My favorite bands are Muse, Hurts, Mumford & Sons,Bastille, 30 Seconds to Mars and many, many other bands.
Any postcard will be appreciated, but if you'd like to make me extremely happy, here's the list of my most favorite cards. (:

You can write some quotation that you like or your favorite song or short poem. Or just share some thoughts with me. For example, what would you like to happen by the end of the day, or what in this world you consider to be endless. I really do like these kind of things.(: I'm opened to anything you would like to tell me.
You could add some souvenir if you want to, for example, some ticket (as I'm often using public transport, I'm curious about tickets); newspaper clipping, especially I like those with the weather forecasters; coins (i like to see what they look like in other countries, I've also started a little collection); a teabag of your favourite tea, I personally love tea, most of all the green one, but I enjoy all tastes, and if there's something specific or unusual, I always try it out; a bookmark, or anything else you consider to be interesting. I'll leave it up to you (:

I don't mind receiving handmade cards, I appreciate the time one has spent while creating it. But, please, a sheet with few stickers on, is not a card.

If possible, it would be really nice if you could put the card in envelope, so it doesn't get damaged, they often get wet and crease.

But please, don't think of me as a choosy person, I'm really not, and I will appreciate anything you'd like to send. (:

Looking forward to your card.
Happy postcrossing!
