Hi!

My name is Annalyse and I'm in Nashville, TN. I am a writer, a photographer, and a book artist. I love to experiment with new things.

I am an avid reader, mostly of sci-fi and fantasy, but also a little bit of everything else. I'm a total nerd in case you couldn't tell.

I have a deep love of languages. I'm passable at French and am learning American Sign Language. I'd love to know what your favorite word is in your native language - yes, even if it's English! At the moment mine is oneiromancy. I also know some basics of Braille and am learning more all the time. Anyone out there who'd be interested in exchanging notes shoot me a message!

I adore anything to do with the moon. I'm also partial to maps, but mostly I just love seeing where folks are from. I also have a soft spot for really oddball cards. I would prefer naked cards, as I like seeing the postmarks and stamps and everything, but I promise I'll like anything you send.

I had been kicking around the idea of pulling together a quilt with patches from around the world and the recent post about 167marina's scarf proved it was totally possible. So at the risk of seeming derivative, I'm going to jump in and give it a go. If you want, I'd love to receive a piece of fabric from you! I will be collecting until 1/25/2020.
