Hi,

I live in Minsk and work in IT. I manage a team of Belarusian developers that do great job, but I don't code myself (lazy me!).

I have a bicycle and I commute on it to work (except in winter, winter is quite cold in Belarus and I don't want to get frozen).

When it's warm or not so cold, I also do bikepacking on weekends or holidays. Bikepacking is when you hitchhike on your bike. I take a tent, a sleeping bag, a huge thermos and some food. I put this stuff on my bike or in my backpack, and I cycle to a nice forest or to a small village, usually about 100 km from Minsk. I put a tent near a lake or in the middle of a forest, and I take some time alone to admire Belarusian nature.

I would highly appreciate postcards

- about your language (alphabet), culture, cuisine or something else that is specific of the place you were born or where you live
- with the person that governs your country (president, prime-minister, monarch)
- with your local football team / stadium
- with your favourite music band

- with the building of the company you are working for
- with your favourite movie / cartoon
