My name is Amber and I live in Plano, Texas which is in the suburbs of Dallas. We moved to Plano in 2008 from my hometown of Austin, Texas. I have a wonderful husband and three kids who are awesome young adults (2 sons and 1 daughter). I enjoy music, reading, art, architecture, fashion, and photography. I like to travel when I can and I'm interested in history. For fun I like to go to concerts, visit museums, go to movies (love scary movies and action movies), and explore new places. I also like to shop, especially for shoes! For TV shows I really enjoy British crime shows and any make-over shows (for people or houses).

I'll be happy with anything you send - so don't feel like you need to find a postcard with those topics. If you like it, I’ll like it. If you picked up a cool postcard on vacation I'm happy to receive it...it does not have to be from where you live.

If you don't know what to write here are some topics:
*What's the best concert you ever went to? (Mine was every Rush show I got to go to! I am a huge Rush fan! That being said - I've been to over 100 live shows.)
*Book recommendation (I read a lot of mysteries.)
*Favorite artist - this can be painter, designer, musician or whatever you consider art
*What makes you happy (It can be ANYTHING)

I think this idea of sharing postcards is such a brilliant idea. I love being connected to all of you! I've received some great postcards and I am very appreciative of all of them. I can't wait to get yours!
