Hi, my name is Amanda.
I live on the Isle of Wight which is a little island in the south of England. I have always lived here and love it. The island is famous because Queen Victoria built Osborne House here and spent a lot of time here. King Charles was imprisoned here at Carisbrooke Castle.

My hobbies are knitting, reading (fiction and nonfiction), drawing, cooking and playing with my pet rats.

I love learning new things and am interested in history, nature, science, other cultures and religions

I like indie folk and TV series such as Game of Thrones, Walking Dead and The Big Bang Theory

I would love to receive postcards with the theme of history and nature and beautiful views of where you live but I'm happy with any pretty postcards I receive. But please no masks or clowns because I have a phobia! Thank you
