My name is Alina, I'm from Russia.
This is my last year in school. After graduating I hope to enter the university to study languages. Languages fascinate me. It's so hard to choose only some among that huge amount of them! I decided to begin with Germanistics.

I studied German in Vienna this summer and two years ago. I love this city so much! Architecture, art, new people, new impressions! The wonderful thing of such international programms is a possibility to make friends from all over the world, to know about their countries from the inside. It made me feel a keen desire for travellings. I want to see the world! :)

I like reading books and would love to know your favourite ones.
Mine are books by E. M. Remarque, Jack London, Somerset Maugham, Stefan Zweig, S. Dovlatov, F. M. Dostoevsky and A. Kuprin.

I'll be very happy to receive any postcard you choose, anyway there are some my preferences:

-cards with paintings of famous artists (most of all I like Vincent van Gogh and impressionists)
-ethnical cards with a few words on your native language
-postcards with the images of old films
-postcards with Hundertwasser's houses (I have KunstHaus, Wiener Hundertwasserhaus and Magdeburger) and paintings
-postcards with lighthouses
-postcards with observation wheels

Please, don't send me postcards in envelopes, I love to see traces of their way to my mailbox :)
