Olá! (Hello in Portuguese)

My name is Alice, I'm 19 and I'm a girl from Brazil. I'm from the Northeast of Brazil, where the coolest beaches are, but this year I've moved on to University in the South, and now I study in the Federal University of the Latin American Integration in the city of Foz do Iguaçu, in the border between Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay.

I've already been to the United States as a Youth Ambassador - I visited Washington and Tulsa in Oklahoma -, and I love traveling! I also like learning new languages, I love Asian culture in general and I'm learning by myself Japanese.

I study Filmmaking and Audiovisual in general in the University, and, talking about movies, I love French films from the Nouvelle Vague movement, all the directors involved, mainly François Truffaut and Jean-Luc Godard. I also like watching Tarantino's movies.

I like reading book, my favorite writers are Balzac and Fitzgerald and I also like Cinema. I wanna work with that in the future by the way. Talking about receiving postcards, I like postcards sent with the heart. Other elements I like:
- Snow and historic landscapes;
- Retro/Vintage stuffs, ads from the 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, pin ups (I love pin ups), sailors, babies;
- Pop culture, Warhol, Smiths, Marilyn Monroe;
- Manga and anime, Japanese culture;
- Korean things, anything, anything!!!!;
- Things about religion, like Buddhism, Hinduism, mystic things;
- People, people, people!
