About Agnieszka...
Hi there! :)
My name is Agnieszka and I'm a 31-years-old girl from Poland. I was an active member of postcrossing a few years ago (in 2010-2013) and I LOVED it! I stopped for a few years and I decided to get back once again! I really look forward to receive a postcard from you! :)
Postcrossing is something that makes me really happy! It’s not only about cards for me, it’s about sending a good vibe across the world and putting a smile on faces you will never get to see :) It’s also a great way to learn about other places!
Some ideas of cards I like:
- famous places and buildings in your town or country
- nature landscapes - sea, lake, waterfalls, sunsets etc.
- nightviews
- national parks - especially from USA
- map cards
- animals - everything furry, my favs are alpacas 🦙 and dogs
- funny or unusual cards - maxi cards, unusually shaped cards, something different - surprise me! 😬
- Greetings from… series
- seasonal cards - Christmas, Easter, birthday cards around February
- cards from Postcrossing meetups
I'm happily married since 2018 and currently I'm self-employed. I'm taking care of family business - we have houses for rent in a beautiful small village - Sasino, by the Baltic Sea.
My hobbies?
I recently got addicted to board games! I have over 110 titles in my collection right now. I love playing, unfortunately I usually lose :D I don’t mind tho - it’s all about having fun for me. My favourites are all kinds of logic abstratcs and Everdell :D
I love travelling and I usually go somewhere abroad once a year.
My other love - apart from my husband :D - is Netflix. I think I might be addicted to watching TV series :D However I'm usually watching it while doing something else - like ironing, so I don't consider it a waste of time :D
I also like reading books - fantasy and detective stories are my favs. I was raised on Harry Potter books and it's my all-time favourite.
I made a postcrossing postcards wall in my family's restaurant and I'm very proud of it! (it's still here in 2022!) Pictures:

If you can see a gap in a place where you live and want your card to hang there - I'd love to swap with you :) Just write me a message!
You don't know what to write?
You can tell me something about yourself - it will be awesome!
You can tell me about a great movie, which you saw yesterday.
You can tell me a secret which you can't say anybody around you.
You can describe me your room, your favourite place or your look.
You can describe a weather in your country at the moment.
You can describe your town.
Or you can just say hello to me.
There is so many possibilities! ;)
Anyway, I'm really glad I will get a card from you! It will be great, if you'll write something in your language with translation - it can be just a phrase: greetings from (your country there) :)
Happy postcrossing ;)
Agnieszka
