About Linda...
This is Linda writing to you from Fayetteville, Arkansas,, which is in the northwest part of the state. I am a retired French and Spanish teacher. I love to read, travel, do water sports such as swimming, canoeing, and kayaking.(I love the water, and anything that has to do with rivers, lakes, waterfalls, the ocean, etc.) I sometimes sew clothing for my grandchildren and am a quilter. I have always enjoyed having friends all over the world, and I like writing post cards and letters. I enjoy the friends and people I have met in Postcrossing. I am interested in direct swaps with those who are also interested in this. I am closely associated with my Christian church here, teaching Sunday School and going on short-term mission trips. I also enjoy visiting my 3 children and 14 grandchildren. God is good, even in hardships like the death of my husband, global pandemic and outbreaks of violence. Without God, we have no hope!
I enjoy all kinds of postcards, especially those that feature scenery of your country or area, animals (I like foxes, otters, horses, dogs, cats...even snakes!) I would like to learn something about your area, why you like/don't like it, and what you're doing right now in your life that is satisfying, or makes you happy. We can all use positive encouragements in our friendships!
Happy Postcrossing!
Linda
