Living in New Mexico is always interesting. The State is on a lot of 'bad' lists but it is a very culturally diverse state which I enjoy. The weather is great - 4 seasons and none of them extreme (except for the entire Southwest Region being in a drought over the last 4 years!). I am new at hand applique quilting and enjoy reading. I like to do the Jumble in our newspaper and enjoy word games on the computer. I'm employed by a small company in the city [my commute is only 10 minutes :o)] I was made aware of this site by my daughter-in-law and decided to give it a shot. I really enjoy exchanging postcards with the rest of the world but please register your card when you receive one it makes this site so much more fun!
