Dear Postcrosser!

My name is Regina. I live in a city in the south of The Netherlands and am 38 years.

I love my two Sphynx cats (although I don't like cat postcards), books (history, novels, poetry), world cinema, art, classic movies, music (mostly from before 1980 or metal), RPG's, Asian drama's (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Taiwanese), history, Sci-Fi (Star Trek over Star Wars), astronomy, the stars. I guess I'm a bit of a nerd. ;)

I'd love to receive cars with the following on it:
- A proverb or sayings with translation in your own writing and language
- Recommend me a good movie from your country
- If you have a non latin writing system I'd love my name in your written language.
- A poem

I'm happy with all cards, but here a few of my preferences.
Cards I love:
- people, history, art, culture of your own country (or Asian countries hold my special interest)
- (black and white) photo cards of distinctive faces or people
- cards about the things that I like
- vintage cards
- nice stamps
- Japanese drawings (i.e. Hiroshige)
- Jugendstil/Art Nouveau (i.e. Mucha)
- romantic painters (i.e. Caspar David Friedrich)
- Gothic themed cards (i.e. graveyards, dark ruins etc)
- or look for inspiration at my favorite cards. But I already received some of them.

Cards I don't like:
- Cat cards, flower cards (or other cute animals), I usually don't like cute stuff. :P
- (tourist) cards with multiple small photo's on it,
- Disney characters
- Cards in an envelope (I like the nice stamps on the card).
- (free) advertisement cards
- homemade cards

It may seem that I have a lot of likes or dislikes but honestly I'll just be happy with any card when I find snail-mail in my mailbox.
