My name is Julia.

I am from Volkovysk. It's not a very big city, it is located in the west of Belarus, a little more than forty thousand people live there.

I work in the field of economics and finance.

In my free time I like to draw, read books and watch films. I like historical and documentary films, as well as adventure and detective stories.

I love watching documentaries about animals, I especially like bears.

I'm interested in mythology. I love reading about Greek, Egyptian, Roman, Scandinavian and Slavic myths and legends. I'm also interested in learning about the local legends of your cities and countries.

I am interested in the traditions and customs of your countries, national and folk holidays, national costumes.

I like history, as well as biographies of prominent historical figures. I will be glad to receive postcards the image of famous people of your country (writers, composers, artists, scientists), as well as political figures of your country (president, king, emperor, etc.)

I'm also interested in painting. I like postcards with reproductions of paintings by famous artists. I especially like artists such as Vincent Van Gogh, Gustav Klimt, Claude Monet, Childe Hassam, Ivan Shishkin, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Edouard Cortes, Jean-François Millet, Alphonse Maria Mucha, Edgar Degas, etc.

I like old Disney movies such as Bambi, Cinderella, The Lion King, Lady and the Tramp, Beauty and the Beast, One Hundred and One Dalmatians, etc.

I also like ballerinas, ballet and ballrooms.
