About Alexander...

Hi all!
I’m Alexander, I live in Moscow with my family, I have 4 kids and I’m absolutely happy!
I’m into aviation during all my life, but I’m not a pilot though I dreamt to be when I was a child. I like travelling by car when I’m not on board of an airplane.
When it comes to sending a postcard to you, the first thing I do is I read your profile carefully to get an idea what kind of postcards you like to receive. Then I do my best to find a postcard that match your interests. Actually I hope for reciprocity. In this case I don’t mind postcards coming late.

I collect postcards related to:
- Civil aviation (airplanes, airports, pilots, maintenance stuff, etc.);
- Stadiums (football, baseball, ice hockey, tennis, multy-purpose, any);
- Bridges;
- Olympic Games related;
- Sport events related (e.g. EURO-2016, IIHF-2015 or even Arizona High School Baseball Cup – 1952 :-)), it could be a cityview with the event logo, a mascot, opening/closing ceremony etc.;
- Space exploration related (spaceships, orbital stations, famous cosmonauts/astronauts);
- Dams and hydro plants;
- St. Bernard (NO OTHER DOGS PLEASE);
- Orchids;
- Harry Potter, ships and pirates related (for my younger sons).

I understand that it could be difficult to find a postcard for my collection, and, if so, you can send any other card to me or have a look at my daughter’s profile to get an alternative idea of what to send: https://www.postcrossing.com/user/mdkirienko

I prefer postcards written on and stamped.
Please do not send home-made and seasonal greetings postcards to me. I don’t mind receiving AD cards only if they correspond with my interests.
Normally I put my address on postcards I send, but it doesn’t mean I request your respond. The sender’s address is placed for the purpose of possible postcard return for any reason.

Happy postcrossing!
