Hi, everybody!

My name is Xenia. I am a foreign language teacher and freelance translator from Belarus who is now living in Slovakia in Bratislava and is working at a university in the neighbouring city, Trnava.

My biggest passion is travelling and learning different cultures. I am fascinated by art in all its forms: movies, books, music, painting, photography, dance...and I love nature and its views, which are also like a special kind of art :)

Among the things the view of which I am sure to enjoy are:
rainbow, coastline, sea, beach, mountains, cliffs, desert, waterfalls, sunrise/sunset, poppies, water lilies, hibiscus, meadows of wild-growing flowers, jasmine, cherry trees, artistic photos, old castles, oriental architecture and decorations, black&white. Black cats certainly have a special place in my heart, together with pugs-and that for some unknown reason.

But actually any postcard I receive always makes my day brighter :)
