I'm Yolanda
Chicago born and raised, Moved with my husband and children to Florida in the late 90s. It was an adjustment but 20 years later, we're still here. I am a follower of Jesus. Just simply know that without a higher power, life for me would be dismal.
I love the written word, especially poetry. Love to encourage people. When I do, I find that the words boomerang and I feel a boost of inspiration. The older I get the more I'm willing to explore things left in the "some day pile" I do believe my children and grands are the best looking, most wonderful children. It is ok if you disagree, I will not hold it against you. :)
Write what is true for you. I will do the same.
