Hi to everybody!

My name is Yana and I'm from Ukraine. My native town is Sumy, but recently I've moved to Kyiv, the capital of our country.
I'm 22 and it's easy to guess that I'm already a graduate looking for a proper job ;)

From the primary school I understood that my inclination was learning foreign languages. Thus I chose to study at Sumy State Teacher Training University to become a teacher of English, French and Literature. This year I've got a master degree in my speciality and now I'm busy with searching a job to apply my knowledge and skills.

I see Postcrossing as a good opportunity to improve my language skills and to communicate with different people all over the world. And of course, to make friends! So, if you receive a letter from me, I'll be grateful for your answer!

Frankly speaking, I don't have any constant hobby, but still I like traveling, cooking, sport(esp.- volleyball and badminton), reading books, spending my free time with my friends.

I'm looking forward for your postcard and some words about you!
Tell something special about yourself, your native town, its places of interest, your favourite book/film. You can also write a good recipe or everything you like ;)

I'm not very choosy as for the postcards, as I know that for some people it is a problem to find one up to the requirement of a receiver. So you can send me any postcard which you have ;)
Still I have some preferences, I'll be very happy to get:
- your city-views
- national cuisine, clothes, holidays etc.
- cartoons which are popular in your country
- handmade ones
- paintings
- people (especially - children, couples)
- funny cards.
