My name is Yuchu :) Nice to meet and hear from you.
I suspended Postcrossing for few years to get my bachelor's degree of Applied English. Now I work at my father's bicycle wheel assembly factory as a sales person. Although being quite busy for the work, I still want to restart sending/ receiving postcards to/ from all over the word and meet many nice and friendly people.
During studying in the University I also majored in Fine Arts. Now as a sales person of bicycle wheel set, my own customers are from Taiwan, the Netherlands, South Korea, etc. If you are interested in riding bicycle, visit our website: http://demo.cktweb.com/jiujeng/?lang=eng
I live in the outskirts of a small town, Dajia, in central Taiwan. There are many rice and taro fields near my house. Being filled with ears of rice, the scenery is very beautiful. My hobbies are collecting stamps and painting. My favorite book is Anne of Green Gables. Places I have been visited: Seoul, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe, Nara, Wisconsin, and Okinawa.
I always do my best to send people a nice postcard from their favorite wall or wish list. In fact, I prefer sending postcard to receiving card. The process of finding the card which you may like is what I enjoyed most ;)
About card: I like beautiful scenery of your area or pictures of your home town.
Also I very like:
-Illustration (Children´s book)
-Jip and Janneke
-Maltese (my dog passed away one year ago)
-Anne of Green Gables
-Prince George of Cambridge
-A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens
-Harry Whittier Frees
-The Sand Pebbles (1966 US film)
-Famous natural landscape in biosphere (ex:Great Migration Of Christmas Island Red Crab, Sociable weaver bird's nest in the Kalahari Desert, Chile flower desert, etc.)
However, all type of cards are welcomed.
My hobby is collecting stamps. If you put on some beautiful stamps (especially Christmas stamps ♡) I will be very happy! :)
If you do not know what to write, I'd like to read something about:
- a ritual or tradition in your family/country that you like
- about the meaning of your name
- what book/song you read/listened lately and liked
- what you did today
- you can draw your pet or your mailbox on the card :)
Please don't forget to write the date on the card :)
Thank you for reading this. I am looking forward to your wonderful postcard! :) Happy postcrossing!
→ Direct swaps- please contact me if you could offer me a card from my favorites wall that I haven't received :-D
