Hello there~

Just sharing with you some of my recent experience
I got an address several months ago and i read her profile. She doesn’t like greeting, advertising cards (which is understandable) and she wants the senders to check her 18939 postcards gallery first to avoid duplication (with the ?! Marks in the end of the sentence) Lol. I wrote on the card that it would be too much work for the senders to check the duplication among so many received cards and she felt offended. We definitely have different ways of playing.
From where I stand, i care more about the stories that the senders share with me than the cards themselves. I once was inspired by someone saying he would love to receive the cards which the senders dislike. It’s so nice and fun. So i also added it onto my wish list.
Meanwhile i just saw the tips from the official suggesting that Postcrossing is more about Connection than Collection, which is exactly what i think.
So usually I write and send postcards once or twice every month. Every time I make a list of the receivers with their wish cards on the paper and go find them. And when I write the postcards I will read the profiles one by one again to check what topic and language the receivers like. I can’t guarantee that I have every cards that match your list but I always try my best to meet your demands.

I have traveled to about 20 countries. And most of my trips are solo. I have been a solo traveler since 2014. I like adventures and I like myself tanned. I enjoy the beautiful views and also the difficulties I had during my journeys. Those memorable experiences make me stronger.
I was an introverted person who actually wanted to be social. So I decided to teach English in Thailand and Cambodia as a volunteer teacher when I was in university. It’s definitely the turning point in my life. I became more confident to share my thoughts and stories with people. In other words, I became who I wanted to be.

· CONDOM/CONDOM PACKING. (Ya I collect condoms, I worked for a Dutch media. I was the marketer for the sexuality education project in China. That was definitely the favorite job in my life. It’s so meaningful)
