I live in Madrid, the Spanish capital, although I was born in Galicia, in a small village near Santiago de Compostela.

Maybe you have heard about Santiago and the "Way of Saint James", a pilgrimage route from medieval times. Santiago is also one of the UNESCO World Heritage Cities of Spain.

I've been writing postcards to my friends since I was a teenager. I love buying them and choosing nice stamps also. So, when I read about Postcrossing, I felt it would suit me.

Send me whatever postcard you have available, I like all kind of them; if possible, without envelope. And tell me whatever story comes to your mind. I don't want to set any restrictions on that, so please feel absolutely free to choose the postcard and the content. Every single postcard is welcome and appreciated and makes my mailbox happy !!

Some random stuff I love: the rain, Japan, Saint Etienne (the band), travelling, Macke, books, rice, Six Feet Under, Iceland, fridge-magnets, cherries, mugs, hedgehogs, owls, opera, gin and tonic, Marimekko, West Highland white terrier... and postcrossing, of course!
