Hey there! I am an almost 15 year old girl who lives in the mountains of Montana. I am located 20mins outside of my hometown, Columbia Falls. It is a nice small town with a strong community, it has lovely views of the snow capped mountains and a beautiful river called the Three Forks because three different rivers flow into each other at the same spot. It is a rustic old school town that's been around for a long time, but over time it has become quite the tourist hot spot because of it being close to Glacier National Park. Glacier National Park is quite popular nowdays because of its beautiful rivers, lakes, mountains, hiking trails, abundance of plants and trees, and of course all the amazing wildlife! Me, my two sisters, and mother and father all live in a small handmade log cabin. Its VERY rustic and authentic. It's smaller then your regular house, it has one main room the size of a decent sized bedroom where we have our homemade kitchen setup, our fireplace, a couple clothes closets, and a homemade couch. Then there is a small loft big enough to fit just a king sized mattress. We built a small mudroom and bathroom later on. We don't have water, electricity, or plumbing. when we moved here there was no sink, toilet, shower, lights of any sort, refrigerator, and no way to charge your phone or tablet. Over time we have added some well needed upgrades. In 2019 we got solar panels and large batteries that connect to them that way we can charge our phones. Now we have a nice light that hangs over the kitchen and lots of small lights. There are still times where our battery dies because we don't get a whole lot of sun in the winter months, but that's okay we always make due. In 2021 we bought a propane fridge, before that we just had a large cooler that we put ice in to store our food. We don't have a heating system so we just make fires. We don't have an oven, but we have a nice camp stove and a barbecue. Anyhow, me and my sisters have been homeschooled all our lives but i will be going to High School this year! I love to ski, hike, bike ride, hang out with friends, work, play with my dog, write, sing and dance, play soccer, i'm a great runner, i'm really interested in aviation and Motocross too! I also built my own cabin to live in!!! We live on a mountain as most would say. We own a lot of land, so my cabin is actually a couple hundred feet from my sisters and parents house. It's really awesome! Most people either hate me or they love me, i tend to be pretty different from most kids my age, in a good way! Probably being homeschooled has helped me become a very independent person. I am quiet not because i'm shy, but because i'm an observer. My main tactic is getting to know someone before they even know i exist. I'm all about getting to know other people while i stay a mystery to them. It tends to cause people to be strangely interested in me. I like to help people by getting to know them as well as i can so i can be the friend they need most. <3
