About Wiebke...

Hello dear Postcrosser!

My name is Wiebke (pronounced "Veepke"), and I heard about Postcrossing on the radio.

Thank you for taking the time to write me a card!
I like postcards with the following motives:

- seasonal cards (Spring, Easter, Summer, Autumn, Helloween, Christmas, New Year, Winter and any other holiday in your country)
- your city / country / landscape
- sea, seaside
- typical figures from your country, e. g. Hello Kitty, the little mole, Miffy, the Moomins etc.
- traditional costumes of your region/country
- any card you like, especially if you tell me why :o)

I am interested to hear about you and, for example, what you like most and least about your city and what brought you there. Or anything else about you :o)
I don't like "cute animal pictures" at all, but I don't mind sending them :o)

I love foreign languages, so it would be great if you could also write a sentence in your native language and translate it. If Spanish is your mother tongue, please write to me in Spanish. If you know German, you’re welcome to write to me in German.

Apart from Postcrossing, my main hobbies are reading, watching TV :o) meeting friends and playing the traverse flute. I am very happy that I could join the local music school group "Pink Flute" https://www.facebook.com/pages/Pink-Flute/180444125352965 .

I now live in Mönchengladbach in the West of Germany, but if you like you can have a look at my home town Celle in the North of Germany. A local radio station recently published a short video with nice views of the historic city centre: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w0H6oPiUToc

HAPPY POSTCROSSING!!!

Wiebke
