Hello Fellow Post-Crosser,
[Sorry this is so long, if you just want to get on with choosing a card, please skip down to the asterisked list! * ]
(include) dancing, handcrafts and collecting things.
Dancing includes Colonial, English, Scottish and Welsh dancing.
Handcrafts include copperfoiled glass and cross stitch.
Collections include postcards, owls and my latest Elephant Tea Caddies (I have a small herd - 20 as at March 2018).
I have a family of goldfish happily (I hope) living in a pond in the garden. The garden is visited by many beautiful birds, including Rainbow Lorikeets and King Parrots. The King Parrots are puzzled by the glass King Parrot hanging in my window.
I started postcrossing to make use of my postcard collection. My favourite postcards to send are of Graham Rawle's Lost Consonants (https://goo.gl/photos/oW3VVA8QpTR3ENFa7). It is a challenge to match these to other PostCrossers!
My Wish List (now in order of preferences, I do have many dance and bird cards):
* ART CARDS
any art cards are fine but cards of the following artists would be excellent
● Stephen Mackey
● Quint Buchholz
● Kaj Stenvall
● Maïlo M-L Vareilles
● Cameron Cross
● Ivar Rodningen
*STAINED GLASS WINDOWS
*UMBRELLAS (I added this - inspired by SI167498)
* DANCING (any kind of dancing)
If you don't have any cards that fit these categories, surprise me, but please only with a real postcard, with a message. Without a message what is the point of sending a card?
With my kind regards
If I haven't registered a card within 55 days, please let me know the card ID number and a short description of the card (in case it arrived and somehow slipped past my supposedly foolproof system.)
My unwish list:
These are things that will make me unhappy: Please NO folded greeting cards and No pictures of food, I am not interested in looking at food unless it is on my plate. Please save these cards for those who ask for them. And please do not give my address to a 3rd party, such as Touchnote. Thank you.
