Hey!
My name is Valerie, I'm 22 and I love postcrossing for the amazing opportunity to meet people from all over the world. I always try to keep up to postcrossers' requests about what kind of cards they'd rather get, so I ask merely the same from someone who is about to send me one too:) thanks!
It is such a joy to look at a beautiful atmospheric view that takes your breath away...It applies both to my love of photography and postcards♥
Feel free to write something about yourself and your hometown/country! It'd be great to read something in your native language as well (translated into English).
Here's what I am basically: my biggest love is beauty...beauty all around. Earth and the Universe♥ hence my addiction to travelling and photography. This also leads to loving foreign languages. Beside that, I am a very big lover of cinematography, inspiring books (especially classics), Van Gogh's art and impressionism, Harry Potter's story (potterhead to the bone), history (fascinated!!) and all sorts of good music.

Allright so to sum it up (you can skip the above and go straight to reading this one)
I'M WAITING TO OPEN MY MAILBOX TO:
- City/street views of your city/country (ports, markets, street art, panoramas etc.)
- Nature of your country (sunsets, beaches, sea, mountains, forests, bird-eye views etc.)
- Flag/map (of your country of course)
- Old-looking/vintage postcards. (old photos are a wow.)
- Art/history, castles, palaces (yes to impressionism, especially Van Gogh; but NO modernism or surrealism like S. Dali)
- Harry Potter! Potterheads please feel free to share your thoughts and feelings (if you know what I mean...!)
- Holidays close? Greeting cards are welcome!❆
OR SEE FAVOURITES

PLEASE NB! I kindly ask you NOT TO send me AD cards or cards with ANIMALS! Especially CATS! (it's fine if there's one that goes with the street view, but the whole postcard full of it won't make me jump...) As weird as it may sound, I'm allergic to most of them, so I'm not a fan of that sort of cuddlery...the only exception are CHOW-CHOW dogs!! They are double welcome sending you double thanks♥. Oh and PLEASE date the card and don't put it into the envelope.
Aaand the main thing you need to know is the more you write, the awesomer you get.
