Hello and welcome to our site in Postcrossing.

We are both retired and live in Ikast, the very middle of the Danish peninsula Jutland with border to Germany. Jørgen is German and Kirsten Danish. We met in the Danish camping area 1961, and after a year he left Hamburg to stay here, and this year we are celebrating our 59th wedding anniversary.

We are curious to hear about your country, culture, customs, nature etc.

Please don't use ink pen (the classic outdated pen, you know) or marker pen, as the mail often gets wet when it rains, and that makes the text difficult to read.

Dear Chinese and Russian Postcrosser: Please add the Chinese version/ Cyrillic version of your address to your profile, as the chance of your card arriving is vastly improved. 10% of our cards to China/Russia disappear - and most of them have no Chinese/Cyrillic address, only English one, which may be the reason the Chinese/Russian post reasonably enough find it difficult to deliver!
