I spend a lot of time Postcrossing, for some reasons. First, I have always loved to get mail! I wait patiently for the postman to arrive each day; the mailbox is mostly full of surprises! Secondly, I love to send cards even more than I do receiving them. I look at the recipient’s profile and try to pick the right card – sometimes it’s hard! Third, I really love reading our mates' profiles. I’ve been Postcrossing for a long time, and I still enjoy asking for a new address.
I am very lighthearted, open-minded, and appreciate all manner of cheesy and chocolate things.
I am an administrative assistant for the personnel Department of one local university. I love my job and the people I work with.
I've listed the cards I enjoy (and those that I'd prefer not to receive):
* any place you´ve visited in your holydays
* folk costumes, traditions, folk art, from anywhere
* anything historic, retro, vintage ephemera from anywhere
* reprints of old advertisements or posters
* fun, ironic ones
* panoramas from anywhere
* castles, palaces, fortresses, temples from anywhere
* national or city parks from anywhere
* cards bought in garage sales or flea markets
* facades of homes, shops, cafes etc
All types of commercially purchased postcards would be just fine

(Important: ad cards, free cards, handmade, zazzle cards, folded greetings are not appreciated. Neither are self-printed cards posing as postcards. Honestly, as long as it's a commercially purchased card from anywhere, I will love it too.😊
You know, for me postcrossing is like a family of friends sending warm greetings to one another. My humble and heartfelt thanks for mailing me a Post Card and helping me keep learning about Life.🤗
