About Brandy...

New for 2021: (writing prompts if you don’t know what to write)
Jan: the top 3 things that happened to you in 2020. I know there wasn’t a lot of good in 2020 for most people but I’d love to hear about what you did love.

I am a mom of 2 girls, they keep myself and my boyfriend pretty busy.

I enjoy gardening. Growing food for myself and family is something I cherish. Growing food for bees and other pollinators is something I wish more people would do.

I enjoy hiking/camping. Getting outdoors to enjoy the sunlight and clouds and fresh air is something that recharges me. My favorite place near my home to do all of this is at a state park near my house that has a lake.

Being outdoors is something that speaks to me, I NEED to be connected to nature, its one thing that keeps me going. So anything outdoors/animal related i love. I absolutely love any trees and unique flora.

I taught myself how to knit. I can knit pretty much anything. I love good quality yarns with vibrant colors.

I went to school to be a graphic designer, typography and layout design are two aspects that i really love. (Though my current employment is an office manager.)

I have only been up and down the east coast of the USA and would LOVE to travel more across here, as well as other countries. My boyfriend and I have a few travel places in mind, but esp New Zealand and now thanks to reading about Barcelona, Spain from another postcrosser, I'm adding that to my travel list. Any card relating to your country is of interest to me too. (or even where you have traveled to)

I am looking forward to exchanging postcards and sharing in this process. Don't feel you need to stick to my interests to send a certain type of postcard to me.

If you draw, paint, etc your postcards, I would love to receive lovely handmade ones!
