About Peter...

It's so terribly sad.
Russian soldiers and missiles have been killing thousends of civil people, children too!!
More then 300.000 of Russian soldiers also lost their lives. Fathers, brothers, sons...
For WHAT???
STOP this madness !!
STOP WARLORD PUTIN !!!
Remember, no dictator in history has ever died in his bed...

I support the Uyghur and Tibetan people in their struggle to preserve their own culture.
The oppression must end!!

Hello dear sender!
My name is Peter, I am 60 years old. (the counter stopped at 60)
I live in a lovely wooden house in Sonsbeck/Germany.
I have two daughters, they are 27 and 25 years old. They are both students and live out of my home.
My wife died in 2005 and I was really sad for years. But life had to go on... 6 years later I was happy to find love again.
I work as civil engineer in the german waterways-administration.
I like to travel and to be creative in our garden. I am passionated of klezmer music and I like to sing.
I read a lot of books and my hobby is bonsai-trees. Actually I have 5 indoors and 7 outdoors.
My other hobby is geocaching.

All kind of postcards are welcome, but I prefer postcards
showing:

*MAXI-card (=card with related stamp on front side)
*town or the landscape where you are living (multiviews welcome)
*vintage, retro, nostalgic, real older postcards
*ancient egyptian culture
*pyramids, temples, mummies,(but please, not your mother-in-law!)
*classical painting
*bus, bus station
*well, fountain

And I am in heaven, if you stick a beautiful stamp on it!
If you are writing in Russian, please write clearly or in capital letters. Thank you.
And please, if you want, draw or paint a snail on the postcard, this is the pet name of my partner (because she needs HOURS in the bathroom!!). Just do it, as well as you can, it isn´t important if you are talented or not!
Please do NOT send the postcard in an envelope.
