I live happily in Edinburgh, Bonnie Scotland, am retired so time for postcrossing. I prefer handwritten and stamped postcards. I search out postcards wherever I go. 😀😀😀

My main hobby is genealogy and working on our family tree.

I like all postcards and especially city/country views, your country's special landmarks, famous people and national festivals. Also like Greetings From postcards.

I like cats, native dress, native animals, buildings, dancers, food, waterfalls, fountains, native flowers, fairies, elves, lighthouses, Christmas and Easter (with greeting in your country's language at any time of the year), humourous or any random card you choose to send me. I will enjoy them all. 😀😀😀

Since joining Postcrossing, I've seen some lovely postcards including Inge Look and Gotochi. I'd love a postcard of one of these designs.

My favourite singers are Conway Twitty so, as he was a Mississippi man, I would love a postcard from Mississippi and Billy Fury so, as he was a Liverpool laddie, a card from Liverpool would be lovely. 😀😀😀

Now, having received several postcards, I'm really enjoying and appreciating the kind messages from the recipients of my sent cards. When I get a Postcrossing contact, I take great care to note your wishes, likes/dislikes and choose the best postcard I have to suit you.
