Hi everybody,

we are Jutta and Thomas from Bamberg, Germany. Our pet turtle Sonny (see avatar) lives with us since 1978.

On June 6th 2014 we received a card from Maria in Russia. She painted a little turtle for us. We were so happy. Therefore we decided to start a little postcrosssing-challenge for you:

Please draw, paint, or photograph a turtle for us. Just be creative! Feel free to use a plain card or use the back of the card. We are very happy about every turtle and - as far as possible - we will scan it instead of the front page. If you do not feel comfortable with this idea feel free to select any card which you find appropriate for us. Just surprise us and give us a little smile.

We are both researchers working at local scientific institute. In our leisure time we sometimes create own postcards.

Postcrossing is so much fun. We love to receive cards from all over the world and from different kind of people. Also writing cards is fun and we try to find or make cards which bring a smile in your day.

If you like, you can write us something about yourself or your country.

We like to receive postcards with stamps on it, so you do not need to use an envelope. We scan every card we receive and would be very happy if you could also scan the card you receive from us.
