Hello, dear postcrossers,
this is Jutta, Tim's mom. On november 1st 2014 I had the idea to start a new project "Outside my window" and "Down my street" with your kind help.
I thought it would be interesting to see the world "behind the postcards", which will mean, I am interested in what you are seeing in your everydays life. I think this could be interesting as well for other people around the world. If you would like to share this idea with me and other postcrossers I would be glad if you could mail me a photo with a look outside one of your windows or down the street you are living in. Take you digicam or your phone and take a picture which shows your everydays view on your part of the world. This could be the house next to you, the carpark in front of your window, the garden you are seeing out of your kitchen window...nothing special, no "artistic and nice" photo, just a snapshot of your life. Please mail your photos to outsideyourwindow@yahoo.de and write down your first name, your city and country and the date you took the photo. I will put all of the photos into a dropbox with the following adress (see above "Website / Blog), so you can see what all the postcrossers around the world see outside of one of their windows and down their streets.
I hope you will share this idea and your phots with me and the postcrossing community. Thanks in advance.
This project is starting right now and will last until december 2016.
I hardly can't wait to see your photos!!!

childrens book illustrations (especially from Russia and Belarus) but PLEASE NO cartoons and no illustrations for the very little ones please, Tim is 13 years now

My special wish for 2020: Please send me a teabag of a tea YOU like!!! ;) Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

For US postcrosser: a postcard of the Titanic Centinary with a matching stamp would be nice. (got one from Canada...HURRAY!!!)

I would prefer a nice stamp...and NO multiview cards please...BUT if this would be the only card you have I would like it as well.
I'm expecting your mail in english or german.
